With a diverse background in start-up businesses in the technology and retail industries, as well as in billion-dollar companies, Dave's experience fits perfectly with the needs of buyers and sellers of small and mid-size private businesses.

Prior to joining ABI, Dave served private business clients as a principal in another firm. Prior to that, he started a retail business, Outside Interests, where he established a loyal customer base of more than 5,000 customers in less than four years. Previously, Dave worked in sales at leading accounting and consulting services firm, Ernst & Young LLP, and at a national computer integration company. He has worked with numerous start-up companies in fields such as software, semiconductor technology and sports medicine technology.

Dave earned his bachelor's degree in Business from San Diego State University.
