News release: January 2007, Didi Cooklev and Russell Cowley, at the International Business Brokers Association's (IBBA) conference in Reno, NV, were each awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Besides completing a minimum of 60 hours of courses specifically related to the valuation, marketing and sales of businesses, and attendance at conferences, each also had to successfully complete a comprehensive 4 hour test on all of the various aspects of selling businesses. This certification is highly looked upon in the broker community and by business professionals worldwide.

News release: November 2006 - Ron Johnson, CBI, M&AMI, Fellow of the IBBA, has been elected to Chairman of the IBBA by the Board of Directors of the International Business Brokers Association, at their Board meeting and Conference held in Reno, NV.

News release: Ron Johnson, CBI, M&AMI, Fellow of the IBBA, and owner of ABI has been awarded the President's Award by the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) for his "outstanding commitment to the CABB's success and has earned our highest esteem." This is the fourth time this award has been made, and Ron was also the first recipient of this award, in 2003.
